TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CONFERENCE PARTICIPATION

By registering for and participating in the ISU Steadfast Conference you accept the following Terms and Conditions.

DELEGATE REGISTRATION  AND PAYMENT

Payments must be made in full at the time of Registration. All registrations are subject to availability and acceptance by ISU Steadfast. Checks and credit card payments will be accepted. 
Registration fees are non- refundable except as provided under the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Cancellation of a registration must be advised via email to: events@isusteadfast.com.
The following refunds will apply from the date of receipt of notification:

On or before [Date TBA] - 100% refund including applicable taxes or sales tax.

From [Date TBA] - No refund will be available. However, an alternative delegate name may be provided in writing and the booking and funds will be allocated accordingly.

Any refund will be returned as soon as practicable via the same payment method as the original receipt of funds.

ISU Steadfast may cancel at any time any registration at its sole discretion by providing written notice if the delegate or other attendee either ceases to be or is not part of the ISU Steadfast network. Cancellations under this clause will receive a full refund.

ISU Steadfast reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Conference due to unforeseen circumstances. ISU Steadfast reserves the right to change the venue and duration if exceptional circumstances demand and if in the best interests of the Conference.

No refund or discount will be made if an inclusive function or event within the registration fee is not taken up or is subsequently cancelled.

Where there are extenuating circumstances, a refund outside of these terms in this document may be considered at the sole discretion of ISU Steadfast.

ATTENDANCE

Attendees must:

Act professionally and respectfully towards all other participants, speakers, and staff.

Avoid harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior in any form.

Comply with all local, state, and federal laws, venue regulations.

Follow any reasonable instruction given at the Conference by ISU Steadfast.

ISU Steadfast reserves the right to either refuse admittance to or expel from the Conference anyone that it determines is behaving in a manner that could be disruptive to the Conference or any other attendee. Each delegate or other attendee consents and agrees that in such event, it will not be entitled to a refund of any portion of amounts paid.

ACCOMMODATION

ISU Steadfast has arranged special conference rates with Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa, Cedar Creek, Texas. Availability is on a first come first serve basis and is subject to the terms and conditions of Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa, Cedar Creek, Texas. Any amendment to accommodation bookings must be made directly with the hotel. Please refer to the Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa, Cedar Creek, Texas for details on the hotel’s accommodation cancellation policy.

RISKS AND INSURANCE

Delegates and participants acknowledge that attendance at the Conference may involve certain risks. ISU Steadfast  is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred in connection with the Conference, including travel disruptions, theft, or personal injury.

Delegates are strongly advised to secure adequate travel and health insurance.
ISU Steadfast does not provide any such insurance coverage. ISU Steadfast accepts no responsibility for any loss in this regard.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials presented at the Conference, including but not limited to slides, handouts, and recordings, are the intellectual property of their respective authors and/or ISU Steadfast.

Delegates and Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or share Conference materials without prior written permission from ISU Steadfast.

USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

We are committed to protecting the privacy of all personal information you provide for this event registration. Your personal information provided including your name, position, organization, address, phone details and a photo (optional) will be displayed on the ISU Steadfast Conference App and provided to our sponsors. The ISU Steadfast Conference App may require you to provide location data for use by the ISU Steadfast Conference App, we will treat this data as personal information.

Please note that attendance requires your download and use of the ISU Steadfast Conference App.

You consent to the collection, use, display and distribution of personal information in connection with the Conference as outlined above.

Personal information will be collected, used and handled in accordance with our privacy policy. A copy of our Privacy Policy may be obtained at https://isusteadfast.com/privacy-policy/.

AUDIO VISUAL CONSENT

By registering for the Conference, you acknowledge and consent that during your attendance at the 2026 Conference, your image or voice may be recorded via video, photograph or by any other means (“recorded”) which may be distributed or published at the discretion of ISU Steadfast. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, you are required to email the conference organizer at isuevents@isusteadfast.com. Personal recording or live streaming of sessions is prohibited unless expressly authorized by ISU Steadfast. Requests must be submitted no later than two weeks before the conference start date.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms will be constructed in accordance with California law and each party irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the California courts.
